Admittee
Six systems, one calendar.
- Solution
- Invention, Identity, Expression
- Industry
- Event management software
Schools ran events on spreadsheets, email chains and a cash box. Admittee connects scheduling, ticketing, payments and event-day operations through one shared calendar, with its own view for each role that uses it.
Admittee is our own product: we designed it, built it and brought it to market. Everything hangs off one shared calendar: facility scheduling with approvals and conflict prevention, ticketed events, registrations, rentals and fundraisers that tie every sale back to the event that produced it.
Event day runs on a phone with no extra hardware: scanning tickets, tap-to-pay and concessions. Reporting answers which spaces are underused and which events actually make money.
Four roles use it for four different jobs: the athletic director sending game contracts, the activities director routing approvals, the facilities manager fielding community rental requests and the business officer reconciling the money. Each gets their own view of the same calendar rather than their own tool.
Event day is the highest-stakes, lowest-patience moment in the workflow. A parent volunteer at a gate has no time to learn software, so anything that needed training was going to be abandoned at exactly the moment it mattered.
