Some of our work is not client work. We partner with product teams where design and go-to-market are the constraint, take equity or a revenue share instead of only a fee, and stay long enough to be accountable for the result.
Irvin is one: an AI supervisor for clinical supervision, where the design problem was trust before it was interface. Numio is another, positioning a technical product for the people who want the short version. Both ship as their own brand, not ours.
