How a launch works
  1. Day 1Pick your launchPick a launch plan. Then send up to 25 files: decks, PDFs, videos, talk tracks or call recordings.
  2. About a weekWe draft itAI drafts your first ramp plans and plays from your files. We edit them, and you approve every line.
  3. Week 2Reps practiceInvite your team. Managers see who practiced and where the gaps are.
Your brand, your recordings

Reps sign in to your academy, with your logo and colors on every screen. A practice take stays on the rep's own device unless they choose to send it to a coach. AI drafts each play and ramp plan from your content, and a person edits every line before it reaches your reps.

Questions we get

Anything else, book 30 minutes.

What is an interactive sales playbook?

Your sales playbook, made into something reps practice instead of read. Each play is a real situation from your deals: the buyer's line, what a good answer covers and a strong answer. Reps rehearse it out loud, it stays current when your pitch changes, and managers see who is ready.

What does Sales Academy cost?

$30 a rep a month, billed annually, from 5 reps. A seat is a rep assigned at least one ramp plan or play, counted once a quarter; owners, managers and editors are free. A one-time launch builds your brand and your first plays: Starter $1,500 (one ramp plan, up to 6 plays), Team $2,500 (two ramp plans, up to 12 plays and a kickoff) or Full $3,500 (three ramp plans, up to 18 plays and a certification for one role). The launch and the first year of rep seats are paid together, and seats renew each year. Teams of 50 or more can ask about volume pricing.

How long does setup take?

Your first ramp plans and plays arrive in about a week. We read your material, draft them with AI and edit every line, and you go live as soon as you have reviewed and published them.

How much of our team's time does it take?

About four to six hours during the launch: a kickoff call, sharing your material and reviewing the first plays and ramp plans. After launch, about 30 minutes a week for a manager to check activity and answer coaching requests. Your editors can change plays, content and ramp plans at any time, and every quarter we review the plays with you and refresh the ones that need it. New plays or customer stories beyond that are quoted.

Is this AI role-play?

Not in the chatbot sense. The buyer's lines are spoken in natural AI voices, and the rep answers out loud, but no AI grades the answer. Reps grade themselves against a strong answer, and a named coach grades the takes they send. AI helps us draft plays from your material; a person edits every one.

How does it fit with call recording and our enablement tools?

It is the readiness side of revenue enablement, and it sits beside the tools you already run. Call recording shows what happened on a call; Sales Academy is where reps practice the fix before the next one. Send us the call moments your managers flag, and we turn them into plays your reps rehearse out loud. Your decks and documents can stay where they live today: reps open them from Sales Academy, and every open is counted.

What size team is it for?

Any team with 5 or more reps, whether that is one sales team or several. Ramp plans are assigned by job role, so every new hire starts on the right one, and we draft the plays and keep them current, so it works just as well for a team with no dedicated enablement person. Larger teams can ask about volume pricing.

Does it connect to our other tools?

It runs in the browser with nothing to install. Reps sign in with a code sent to their work email. Coaching requests, certification sign-offs and finished ramp plans can post to your team's Slack channel or a shared mailbox, and managers get a weekly email on how the team practiced. Single sign-on is on our roadmap; tell us what your team uses when we talk.
