Questions we get
Do we need to have worked with you before?
No. If we are new to each other, we start with a short scoped project, so we learn your brand and you see how we work. The retainer follows from there.
Can you work alongside our designers?
Yes. We work in your design system and files, and usually take the interactive work or the overflow your team cannot get to.
How is it priced?
By a monthly block of hours, sized on a call to how much your team usually needs.
What happens to hours we don’t use?
They expire at the end of the month. We size the block to what your team usually needs, so little goes unused.
Is there a minimum term?
Three months. After that it runs month to month.
