October brought Sales Academy coaching, structured paths, and certification, along with smart documents from your own PDFs, editions with editable numbers, custom domains, PDF download, and clearer visitor trends in Insights.
Turn a PDF into a smart document
Owners and editors can upload a PDF, including a slide deck exported from PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides, and it becomes a smart document with its own share links and visitor insights. Pages that would work better as interactive pages are flagged so you can ask Bridger to rebuild them.

A launch kit for Sales Academy
Managers can send their sales material to Bridger from one page: upload files, add website pages and decks, and see a meter showing how much of the playbook their material covers. The sidebar now groups Sales Academy under Prepare and the Library and Insights under Sell.
A presentation's activity now shows visitors as bars by day, week, or month, split between your team and outside visitors, and you can search the visitor list. Library cards, Home, and the Insights page all show the same visitor count.
Personalized links are now called editions: versions of a presentation for a team, region, or audience, each with its own numbers, screens, and named, tracked links. When it is turned on, owners and editors can also change the values a presentation's calculations use without a rebuild.
A workspace can serve its share links from a subdomain it owns, such as view.yourcompany.com, and add a branded sign-in address that takes people to the workspace. Existing links keep working.
Managers can turn on certification for a path, so a rep is certified after finishing every step, meeting the checkpoint standard, and getting a manager's sign-off. Managers can also get Slack or email alerts when a rep asks for coaching or sign-off, or finishes a path.
You can now organize a path into sections with due days, add simple tasks for reps to check off, and add short multiple-choice checkpoints that explain each answer. Each rep's due dates are counted from the day they joined the path.
When a play points to an outside resource that buyers can see, reps share it through their own tracked link. Managers can see how often reps used each resource and how often buyers opened it.

Download a presentation as PDF
When it is turned on for a presentation, owners and editors can download a PDF with one page per visible screen. Every page links back to the tracked interactive version, so a PDF that gets forwarded still leads people to the live presentation.
After a practice run, a rep can send their recording to a coach along with what they want help with. The coach grades the take blind, without seeing the rep's own grade, so the feedback is independent.
