September 2026

September brought Practice to Sales Academy, made the notification bell a log of each workspace's activity, gave shared links their sender's details, and simplified sign-in to one portal address and one code.

Private self-recording and a Monday digest

Reps can record themselves during a play and listen back on the review step; the recording stays in their browser, and no one else can hear it. Learning managers can get a Monday email with practice counts, anonymous feedback and one play worth a look.

Practice plays in Sales Academy

Managers can write and publish practice plays: a buyer's scenario, the lines the buyer says, and what a strong answer covers. Reps run each play full-screen against a timer, check their answer against the key, and say what was hardest.

Plays in paths, and practice on Activity

A published play can be a step in a learning path, and running it completes that step. The Activity tab shows how many reps practiced each week, which plays they're running, and anonymous feedback on the plays that need work.

Links carry their sender's details

A link you share signs itself with your name, title, phone, photo and calendar, and client users can now set those details in their own settings. A sender can turn this off to send under the company's details, and a backup photo covers anyone who hasn't added one.

One portal address, one sign-in code

Every workspace has one short portal address that works before and after you sign in, and a card on Home lets you copy it. Invitations and sign-in emails carry a code instead of a link, and you can enter that code on the sign-in page without asking for a new one.

Clearer leads in Insights

Insights uses one date range (7, 30 or 90 days, or All time) next to the audience filter, and a project's lead count opens the same leads it counted. Each lead shows the fields its form collected, survey answers next to the visitor's journey, and which link it came from.

Workspace activity in the bell

The notification bell now shows everything that happens in a workspace, including your team's own test submissions, which are labeled as tests. Owners can choose whether only owners and editors see a lead's name and answers, and that choice applies to email too.

Copy link and embed code from any link

When you're viewing a personalized link, the main button now copies that link, and Copy embed code sits in the menu for whichever link you have open. Full screen now sits next to Share.
