Do investors need an account?
No. They open the link you send. If you add an email gate, they enter their email to open it, and if you add a password, they enter that.
Can we keep it confidential?
Send each investor their own link, add an email or password gate, and turn the PDF download off. You can change the download setting at any time, and it applies to links you have already sent.
What if a number changes after we send it?
Replace the PDF, and the same link shows the new version. Interactive pages stay on the pages that still exist.
Is this a board portal?
No. There is no voting, agenda or minutes. It is for the update you send, with a record of how each person read it.
Does it work with a deck?
Yes. Save the deck as a PDF and it reads one slide per screen, tracked slide by slide.
What does it cost?
