OrgLab is a Human Resources tool designed to help executive teams build better organizations. When we started, OrgLab was already being used by multiple clients but the tool haphazardly evolved over many years without holistic design guidance. Working with a global management consulting firm, we designed prototypes, aligned stakeholder vision, and worked with client engineers to implement changes. Our work resulted in many invaluable improvements including: A seamless workspace to manage multiple workflows, from staffing teams to diagnosing improvement areas. An easy and intuitive way to visualize and manage organizational structures. And a holistic visual system to reinforce enterprise cohesiveness across the platform.
